There is no need to return your damaged or faulty items to Happy Dog Online.
In order for our staff to open file, verify and inspect your damaged item, please follow these few steps and send all the information to firstname.lastname@example.org:
- Send a clear image of your item (Full item must be within the frame).
- Send a clear image of the damaged part on the item.
- Send the receipt or proof of purchase.
NOTE: Applies only 40 calendar days after original order date to be eligible for item refund.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We will refund your items ONLY for the following reasons:
- Package got lost in transit.
- Item was received damaged or faulty.
- Incorrect item was delivered.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it. (Proof by sending image)
- Your item must be in the original packaging. (Proof by sending image)
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. (Proof by sending image)
NOTE: You have 40 calendar days after original order date to be eligible for item refund.
NOTE: To verify eligibility, costumers must send information and proof stated above to email@example.com. We will inspect it and notify you that we have received your information. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
